Streams up again!!

Great news, the streams are up again.

Hike completely re-installed the machine. Did a major update on the f**ing windows and re-organised the server settings on which we hope the machine won't crash as easely as it did before. We'll see and untill that time let's enjoy the streams again!

Also the radar stream is fixed, seemed there was a cable broken so 3 streams are up and running.
