Storm damage and server overload

Hi,

Due to a very heavy storm over Holland today, we lost the radar signals probably due to antenna damage of the Schiphol stream. Hike switched machines so the Netherlands streams is now provided with the low reception and broken SBS-1 and vica versa so Schiphol is working again. The Netherlands stream has low reception due to storm damage now.

We have to wait untill after the storm to fix things.

Meanwhile due to the storm the server went very busy with radar viewers and stream listeners causing the CPU to overload. To reduce load some blocks are disabled for the moment. I.e. the IM messaging system, statistics block etc.. demand a lot from the database sow with disabling these things are running smooth again....
