New Dual Xeon Server

GREAT NEWS!

Hike configged and installed the new server for ATCBOX. This machine is really fast..........

Sventek is busy right now (friday evening) with updating and securing the server and hopefully the site can be moved to this new server tomorrow after several tests have been completed.

So if the site is offline for a short while during the weekend, you know why.... Also there is a chance that several things will not work after the site is moved but we (especially Sventek) will be busy with it all weekend so after the weekend things will work fine AND FAST again.

Update: the database is running on the new server now and the site is already faster....... tomorrow the complete site will be moved to the new server and this will also increase speed. After the site is moved, Sventek will debug the complete site to optimize performance......
