See a nice movie of a Let410 taking off. Some info of the L410: The L410 is a high-wing twin turbo-prop unpressurised 19 passenger aircraft. More than 1000 units have been build over the years and most of them are still in service. The majority was delivered to the former Soviet Union but quite a number went to Asia, Africa and South America.
