Member Stratofreighter referred to this Omroep Flevoland footage. See the first KLM Fokker 100 (PH-OFA) making her last landing at Lelystad Airport (EHLE). The Fokker was donated by KLM to the Aviodrome Museum at Lelystad Airport.
